Yoga & Meditation Retreat

Your experience and adventures as well as your goals are my top priority

Yoga & Meditation Retreat

Mehak (breathwork and yoga instructor) and Juliane (MA Psychology & systemic therapist) have been colleagues and friends for many years. Together, they organise our yoga and meditation retreats – a combination of breathwork, yoga sessions, group sessions and individual reflection.

Previous participants reflecting on our retreats

  • Juliane is an amazing coach and the experience in a serene environment away from the concrete jungle was what I needed. I enjoyed my weekend from the breath and reflect retreat, and it was an experience that helped me realign my goals for the year.
  • The sunrise breathing, meditation and cinnamon tea was my absolute fav experience. Thank you Juliane and team 😊
  • This is a welcoming, open and inclusive space. The host is amazing at prompting and encouraging one to act intuitively.

Seasonal Breathe & Reflect retreats

The Breathe & Reflect retreats to create a space for you to unwind, ground and connect with yourself, find balance and reflect on the past, present and future. They guide participants through the natural rhythms of the seasons, encouraging growth, renewal, reflection, and inner peace. Each retreat is designed to align with the energy of its season. By immersing ourselves in these seasonal journeys, we learn to embrace the changes and find strength in each phase, knowing that every season has its purpose and beauty.
Together, these retreats create a holistic journey throughout the year. Each season serves its own purpose—spring brings new life, summer bursts with energy, autumn clears and prepares, and winter provides rest and introspection.

Spring: Grow and bloom

In spring, we celebrate new beginnings and growth. This retreat is about planting the seeds of intention, letting go of what no longer serves us, and nurturing our potential as we prepare to bloom. Through mindful practices, we reconnect with our inner vitality and find clarity for the path ahead.

  • Day 1 – Check In: Begin the retreat by inviting participants to connect with their inner state, preparing to awaken like nature in spring.
  • Day 2 – Release: Encourage letting go of past burdens, similar to how spring cleanses and renews the earth.
  • Day 3 – Focus: Direct attention toward growth and intention-setting, mirroring the new buds and blooms of springtime.

Summer: Rejoice and uplift

Summer is a time of light, energy, and abundance. During this retreat, we focus on uplifting our spirits and radiating positivity. It’s about harnessing the warmth and vibrancy of the season to elevate our mood, boost our motivation, and embrace joy.

  • Day 1 – Energise: Start with activities that awaken energy, symbolising the warmth and brightness of the summer sun.
  • Day 2 – Embrace: Encourage participants to embrace joy and positivity, reflecting the season’s abundance and freedom.
  • Day 3 – Elevate: Focus on lifting spirits, raising aspirations, and carrying a sense of empowerment beyond the retreat.

Autumn: Reflect and introspect

As the leaves change, autumn invites us to reflect on what we’ve sown and harvested. This retreat is about introspection and letting go, clearing out old patterns, and making room for transformation. We reflect on our growth, release what we no longer need, and shift towards a deeper understanding of ourselves, preparing for inner change.

  • Day 1 – Ground: Start by helping participants find stability and presence, grounding themselves as nature settles into a quieter rhythm.
  • Day 2 – Harvest: Reflect on personal growth, achievements, and experiences, gathering insights and lessons, like collecting a bountiful harvest.
  • Day 3 – Release: Focus on letting go of what no longer serves, mirroring the act of trees shedding leaves in preparation for rest.

Winter: Restore and heal

Winter’s stillness calls us inward. This retreat encourages introspection and self-care, allowing us to slow down and focus on our internal world. We enter a state of ‘hermit mode,’ finding comfort in quiet reflection and planning for the future. This season is about bringing balance into our lives, embracing rest, and laying a solid foundation for what’s to come.

  • Day 1 – Rest: Open the retreat with activities that prioritise rest and stillness, encouraging deep relaxation and quiet reflection, like a peaceful winter’s night.
  • Day 2 – Reconnect: Create space for introspection and reconnection with inner values, goals, and purpose, akin to the calm, introspective energy of winter.
  • Day 3 – Renew: Conclude with gentle practices to inspire hope and renewal, setting intentions for the future as seeds are planted beneath the snow, ready to grow in the spring.
