Why the Chakras?
The chakra system offers more than spiritual insight – it gives us a map of our development. Each chakra corresponds to a particular stage of childhood, holding the emotional themes and beliefs that were formed during that time. By exploring the chakras, we begin to understand how our body has stored past experiences and how those experiences influence our present life.
This framework helps us:
- Make sense of deeply rooted beliefs about love, safety, trust, worth, and connection
- Recognize how these beliefs shape our reactions, relationships, and choices
- Listen to the body’s messages and reconnect with long-silenced needs and truths
- Begin the process of rewriting our inner narrative – and healing from within
