  • Are you under a lot of stress and feeling overwhelmed or losing control at work?
  • Do you have a lot of thoughts and ideas, but you can't sort yourself out properly and can't get into action?

What is systemic coaching?

Coaching can help you achieve your personal goals, initiate important changes and develop personally and professionally. Systemic coaching is characterized by the following features:

  • Clear definition of an order – what would you like to change?
  • Focus on concrete changes and solutions – how do we know that we have reached our goal?
  • Building on their strengths and resources – what works particularly well?
  • Understanding of their current situation and environment, especially social contacts – what role do people play in their environment?
  • New perspectives and potential for action – what can you try and what will change for the better as a result?

Systemic coaching promises you the following advantages:

  • Personal and professional development
  • Activation of your own resources and competencies
  • Decision-making and clarity for one’s own situation
  • Identification of opportunities and new courses of action

My coaching helps you with your professional and personal development and gives you clarity for difficult and far-reaching decisions. Systemic counselling focuses on your mental health and stability and helps in phases of life when you need some support to be able to master your everyday life again.

Let’s imagine your life as a voyage – then the systemic counselling resembles a voyage on a river under the guidance of a very experienced and wise captain, who can give you tips as well as new perspectives and ideas and offers support to make your voyage easier and more beautiful becomes. In psychotherapy, you dive deep into the sea to look around, learn about your surroundings, and understand yourself and your behaviour as best you can. You will be accompanied by an experienced deep diver who can sometimes see or understand the seabed better than you and can guide you. In comparison, coaching is more like planning on land. Together with a coach, you identify a clear goal, consider how you can achieve it and which first steps can be helpful.

A systemic coach supports you in the following areas in your personal and professional life:

  • Personal and professional development
  • Activation of own resources and competences
  • Decision-making and clarity for one’s own situation
  • Identification of opportunities and new courses of action
  • New perspectives, orientation and strategies

  • What is the situation at the moment? The counsellor asks specific questions to find out how you feel about your current situation, what challenges and problems you are experiencing.
