Imagine yourself 40 years from now, looking back at your life, what will make a successful and meaningful life for you? This is one of my favourite questions to clients when I start coaching. Because too often, when we think about our professional or personal lives, we get stuck in expectations and ideas of a successful career. This perspective connects us to our values and helps us to root our plans in our very personal understanding of what we want our life to be.
