Our healing retreat help you to take a step back from the hectic schedule, pressure and stress of your daily lives – whether it is a single day, a weekend, a 10 Day Heal Retreat or even a longer period of time – we help you to plan and create your own healing experience with us. Our farm is a space for healing in line with your individual needs and you can book your customised get-away or even live and work with us on the farm for a longer time.
Our programmes incorporate mindfulness-based exercises, breathwork, meditation and journaling as well as therapeutic art activities. The retreats are hosted at our farm which offers a calm and relaxing environment for you to wind down. We will guide you to connect with nature and yourself in daily sunrise and sunset sessions, breathwork and meditations.
Previous participants reflecting on our retreats
- Juliane is an amazing coach and the experience in a serene environment away from the concrete jungle was what I needed. I enjoyed my weekend from the breath and reflect retreat, and it was an experience that helped me realign my goals for the year.
- The sunrise breathing, meditation and cinnamon tea was my absolute fav experience. Thank you Juliane and team 😊
- This is a welcoming, open and inclusive space. The host is amazing at prompting and encouraging one to act intuitively.
For these individual healing retreats, we invite you to have a check-in session with our systemic therapist, Juliane, who will assess the specific change you would like to see in your life and how the retreat can help you on this journey. She will prepare a specific “book to reflect” with guiding questions, therapeutic exercises and mindfulness-based activities for your healing journey. This book will guide your time with us and your very own process.
Systemic therapy can help you to take a new perspective
What I love most about the systemic approach is that we focus on your dreams, wishes and inner strengths – not only on your problems or issues. As a systemic therapist, I am curious how far you have come, what is already going well in your life and how we can learn from that. What matters to me is how you are feeling on a daily basis – not how much you achieve, because remember that you are not a self-improvement project. And I want to support you to create a life that you enjoy – not the life you expect yourself to live.
I chose systemic therapy because I believe we exist with and through the people around us – and I believe we are each other’s biggest treasures and support systems. Feeling connected to our environment, the people around us and ourselves is essential on our journey of healing. I believe we can’t and shouldn’t even try to be strong, independent, in control or solve everything on our own.
Systemic therapy is a transformative approach to mental and holistic health that focuses on understanding how individuals are influenced by and interact with the systems they are part of—such as families, relationships, workplaces, and communities. Rather than isolating challenges to one person, systemic therapy explores the interconnected patterns, dynamics, and environments shaping your experiences and emotional well-being.
This approach is rooted in the belief that change is most effective when addressed within the context of these relationships and systems. By gaining insight into these connections, individuals can uncover deeper self-awareness, foster healthier interactions, and develop practical strategies for navigating life’s complexities.
Systemic therapy can benefit mental and holistic health
At its core, systemic therapy supports healing and growth by addressing you as a holistic person, considering their relationships, environment, and internal resources. Here’s how it promotes both mental and holistic health:
- A key aspect of systemic therapy is focusing on your inner strengths and resources. This empowering perspective helps you tap into what’s already working well, highlighting your self-worth and your abilities and enabling more effective problem-solving in all areas of life.
- Systemic therapy supports you to identify and resolve negative patterns in relationships that contribute to stress, anxiety, or feelings of disconnection. By fostering healthier dynamics, it enables individuals to experience greater emotional stability and resilience.
- Understanding your role within various systems provides valuable insights into your behaviors, reactions, and emotions. This heightened self-awareness allows for meaningful personal growth and a deeper connection to yourself and others.
- By exploring communication styles, unresolved conflicts, and familial or societal influences, systemic therapy improves the quality of relationships. It fosters empathy, understanding, and collaboration, creating a foundation for stronger connections.
- Systemic therapy acknowledges that mental health is deeply intertwined with physical, relational, and spiritual well-being. By addressing the root causes of distress and fostering healthier environments, it supports a more balanced and fulfilling life – that’s why I believe it is an ideal approach to your healing journey at our retreats.
