Detox & Silent Retreats

Our digital detox and silent retreats help you to take a step back from the hectic schedule, pressure and stress of your daily lives. Our programmes incorporate mindfulness-based exercises, breathwork, meditation and journaling as well as therapeutic art activities. The retreats are hosted at our farm which offers a calm and relaxing environment for you to wind down. We will guide you to connect with nature and yourself in daily sunrise and sunset sessions, breathwork and meditations.

Please note that all detox retreats are alcohol, sugar and meat free. We do consider any specific allergies or dietary requirements in addition to that.

Our Body Reset and Detox retreat

Our Body Reset and Detox retreats focus on your body. It is a combination of a healthy and transformative diet as well as nutritional advice relaxation, mindfulness activities. The set up at our farm offers a calm and relaxing environment for you to wind down. We will guide you to connect with nature and yourself in daily sunrise and sunset session, breathwork and meditations.

We serve healthy and organic food that is prepared in line with a strict alkaline diet. The one-week structured diet was developed to reset your body and strengthen your gut health. The weekend programme also has great health effects; however, we recommend a whole week if you are struggling with an upset stomach, IBS, chronic pains, psychosomatic symptoms or a sense of fatigue. We will ask you to begin the programme at home with a two-day cleanse before coming to the retreat.

The retreat will be hosted by Juliane (Masters in psychology and systemic therapist) in collaboration with Caroline Makamu (Diploma Course in Nutrition – expected to finish in December 2024). It includes one consultation with Caroline to develop a nutrition plan and one follow-up call for 21 days after the retreat.

Mind Reset and Detox retreat   

This retreat focused on calming your mind through a combination of mindfulness-based exercises incorporating breathwork, meditation and journaling as well as therapeutic art activities that will help you to centre yourself and prepare for the year to come.

Our Mind Reset and Detox Retreat is designed to provide you with the space, tools, and support to clear mental clutter, release built-up stress, and restore your inner balance. Whether you’re looking to disconnect, recharge, or find clarity, our Mind Reset and Detox Retreat is the perfect opportunity to let go of what no longer serves you and make room for a renewed sense of peace and purpose.

This intentional digital detox enables you to be fully present in the moment and immerse yourself in the serenity of our farm’s natural surroundings.

We understand the importance of staying accessible for emergencies, so our facilitators will ensure that your emergency contact details are available to relay any urgent messages. If you have a specific need to access your phone for a limited time each day, please let us know in advance, and we will work with you to find a balanced solution.
